What's on the shelves
We bake a short menu so we can bake it well. Sourdough and cinnamon rolls are our everyday backbone; the pastry case changes with what's good and what's in season. Quantities are limited by the size of our oven and the length of our morning, so early is always better. If there's something you'd like set aside, call ahead and we'll put your name on it.
Daily bakes
Baked fresh each morning, sold until they're gone.

Country Sourdough Loaf
Our house loaf: a 36-hour ferment, crackling dark crust and a soft, custardy crumb. Keeps beautifully cut-side down on the board.

Seeded Sourdough
The same slow dough rolled in toasted sesame, sunflower and flax. Nutty, hearty and made for a sharp cheddar sandwich.

Cinnamon Roll
Laminated with butter, spiralled with cinnamon and brown sugar, finished with cream cheese glaze while still warm.

Buttermilk Scone
Craggy, tender and not too sweet, studded with whatever fruit is best that week.

Fruit Hand Pie
All-butter pastry crimped around seasonal fruit filling, with a sugar-crackled top. Built for eating one-handed.

Morning Bun
Flaky croissant dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and orange zest, baked until the edges caramelise.
